Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud and Account Engagement. Seven certifications, on the platform since 2018, and the person who answers your first email is the person who writes the data model and builds it. That is why the rate is €50 per hour and why every price here is published instead of quoted after a call.

The rate is that because you are paying one senior person rather than the three above them. Where a scope needs more hands than one pair, I bring people I have delivered with before and stay accountable for the result myself. Every price on one page, or measure your org first, free.

Arrived with a problem rather than a project? Start from the symptom.

Why the tools come first

Why do the tools come before the call?

A discovery call that starts at "tell me about your business" is a call where one side is being qualified and the other is being sold to. Neither is useful. Arriving with a measured verdict or a scoped estimate skips straight to the part where a decision gets made.

01

Nothing is uploaded, ever

The readiness check parses your CSV exports inside the browser tab. No account, no login, no server receiving a file. You can disconnect from the network after the page loads and every tool still works.

Why it mattersHalf the VPs who would try this will not grant OAuth to a stranger
02

The price is itemised, not ranged

A base package with everything it contains written out, then each addition on its own line with the reason it costs what it costs. You can strike lines out. A range of "EUR 10,000 to 40,000" tells you nothing except that nobody has thought about it.

Why it mattersYou can compare it against a real quote, line by line
03

Every estimate says where it is risky

The tools flag what your particular shape of project tends to get wrong: a deadline that disagrees with the scope, four integrations owned by four teams, nobody named to run the system afterwards. A quote that only contains good news is a quote that has not been thought through.

Why it mattersThe risks are what the price is actually for
04

Sometimes the answer is do not buy

The migration tool will tell you to wait if the data is the real problem, and to do nothing at all if nobody uses the system you have. That recommendation costs me a project and it is still the right one to make.

The engagements

What do the engagements cost?

Scope is fixed in writing before anything starts and cannot move upward afterwards. Everything is built inside your own org and documented as the work happens. Sixty days of support after handover is part of the price rather than an upsell.

How the work runs

Fit

Is this practice a fit for us?

This is for you if

  • Between 50 and 500 people, roughly €10M to €100M in revenue
  • You run Salesforce and something in it has stopped being trusted
  • You want the architecture written down rather than held in a consultant's head
  • You would rather pay once than retain an agency indefinitely

This is not for you if

  • Procurement requires a partner tier on the invoice
  • You need twenty people on site from Monday
  • You want someone to run your CRM indefinitely
  • The decision is made and you need justification for it

Questions

Asked often enough to answer here.

Q

What does a Salesforce implementation cost for a mid-market company?

Sales Cloud starts at €8,700 for a base package covering a written data model, core configuration up to 25 seats, reports, training and a 60-day handover. Service Cloud starts at €7,250. Additions are itemised: seats, data migration, each integration, process complexity and managed handover.

Typical
Q

How long does a Salesforce implementation take?

A Sales Cloud implementation runs 6 to 27 weeks depending on scope. The phases run in sequence: discovery 1 to 4 weeks, build 2 to 7, migration 1 to 6, one week per integration, UAT and launch 2 to 3, then handover of 1 week plus 60 days of included support. The estimator gives the number for your own shape.

Published
Q

Should we fix our Salesforce data before deploying Agentforce?

Measure it first. An agent deployed on stale pipeline forecasts against dead opportunities, and duplicate accounts make it treat one buyer as several. A free browser-based check reads four standard report exports and returns a verdict without any org access.

Because
Q

Is a solo Salesforce consultant a risk compared with a partner?

Everything is built inside the client's own org and documented as the work happens, so the data model, change log and sandbox stay with the client. Above roughly 300 seats a partner is the better fit; below it, senior-led delivery costs less and fewer people touch the system.
